Program on Women Leadership

A welcome development observed in recent times is that women are increasingly taking up leadership positions in banks. The challenges faced by Women Managers are unique. Apart from shouldering the associated job responsibilities as Branch Managers / Departmental Heads they also face issues like gender discrimination in work place and conflicting demands on work-life balance.

Keeping these aspects in view, BQ Global has designed this very useful program. The program will help women managers gain rare insight on their role and sharpen their leadership skills to achieve greater business results, career growth and work life balance.

Target Group: Women Branch Heads of medium to very large and exceptionally large branches , Women Officers of the rank of Scale II to Scale IV heading various departments in Admin / Controlling offices, Other women officers being groomed for leadership positions.
